I really like this idea but I’m not sure how you would even go about doing it. One thing I’ve always hoped to see in my lifetime is the southern cities gravitate more towards the Antebellum style architecture in every single new building as opposed to just being a massive sprawl of shitty Wal-Marts and Taco Bells, but unfortunately I don’t think a billion dollars is enough to effect even a fraction of what would be needed.

I’d just use it to win the presidency in 2024. Then we will really have the camps put in place

And Ronald McDonald House. Those two operations so much good for so many people, it's hard to even understand.

St Jude's would get a good chunk of it.

And I would likely volunteer to work for them pro bono.

Buy houses for my BIL, MIL, SIL. Get a condo for myself on the redneck riviera. Spend about 75k refitting my boat. Get a new Harley/truck.

Invest maybe 20 million. Donate the rest to various church related ministries.

I would pay to fly all of the white South American farmers to Mexico and have them march up the United States

I would pay off my house, buy a truck and then I'd spend all of it for federal and every state to ban left lane riding with a $400 fine.

shite would stop in a week, traffic congestion and accidents would cut in half.

I'm sure it would be called racist and oppressive once the left found out who I voted for.

some lottery winner ran for house of reps. I don't think he won primary or we'd have heard about it by now.

I've been voting for over 25 years and I have only given ONE donation to ONE politician in all that time -Cruz. HOWEVER, if I were to win, I would find out just how much it would really cost to build that wall and give Trump the money to build it. Other than that - if Cruz runs for POTUS again in the future, Id gladly give him a few bucks.

give prizes for best retro work on that direction. Insert in atl constitution. Real money.

Give scholarships to undergrad architecture students willing to toil in the "big slim" firm, creating new ones for the cognoscenti all over the southeast. Secret sauce: use Tesla roofing that doubles as solar panels.

Two ways, build infrastructure, like heavyweight film programs at conservative southern schools, or southern publishing houses. Two, invest in product. Develop and support tv shows and films that espouse southern culture.

I wonder if Ted Turner had something like that in mind when he founded CNN.

If we want the south to continue as a culturally distinct region, and not a water downed facsimile, then we need to tell our stories. We need media that reflects who we are, and teaches our children what they should be.

As it stands, popular culture is telling them how to hate themselves, and/or be a eunuch.

I really like this. I’d love to see architecture that’s rooted in our history, and reflects who we are.

20 times what you get to keep after taxes.

Think locally. You could make 100 people a millionaire and have hundreds of millions left.

I thought about that too but I would want to enjoy my money and life. I would spend money to get outsiders that I Know who have the same beliefs and are smooth talkers who would do well in politics. I would have multiple charity organizations to help people who deserve it . It would be hard for democrats to win a debate against a smooth talking minority republican who is mostly backed by someone who actually uses their money to help people. To run for office it would to be for governor, senate or president.
