Yeah but, I know there's a big move away from the "Left Coast" to elsewhere. That would account for the increase in votes in the currently red states. But are those people blue voters, or red voters? Or more likely, a mix of the two?

If the blue voters moving to, let's say Texas, outnumber the red voters, they could, potentially, turn Texas from red to blue.
