Probably only England, though the have univeral health care as well. Maybe Canada, but they aren't down with USA system at all either. Probably just Mexico, No minimum wage, has a sort of universal health care system, but not required. Not a lot in the way of public education. Russia also, anything goes there.

Uruguay, Argentina make the most sense. Peru and Belize would work. If we had enough (1-3,000,000) and were not bothered by international condemnation then a minor war of genocide against violent gangs could do wonders for the Caribbean and Central America.

Sweden isn’t truly socialist
they are 100% democratic socialist, not government owned business, but a very large tax base that everyone pays into. But they don't waste the money in corrupt stupid ways like we do over here, but instead on a great education system, great public transportation, great medical care, a large safety net, care for the elderly, and those sort of things. 45% of the countries GDP is collected in taxes, twice the rate of the USA. Would love to see the USA pattern ourselves after Sweden or even Canada, but forget about an exodus, they don't want idiot Americans or so called, "American ideals" least of all dumppy trumpy ideals.
