Lots of people think the war on drugs has been a disaster and favor, for example, the legalization of marijuana. That doesn't mean they are "OK" with people smoking pot.

Spare me the private company BS. If you can't admit there is bias then you are being purposely obtuse.

You don't seem to understand.

Of course there is bias. The first amendment protects that bias. Private entities are allowed to have bias and act in any way they please with that bias.

I know you are a troll but one can like Trump, hate Alex Jones while getting pissed at twitter for censoring folks they don't like.

One can also hate Trump and Jones while admitting Twitter is shite for what they are doing.

Alas TDS has absolutely destroyed so many liberals they truly care about nothing more than turning the US into 1984 but of course only if the government is liberal. They want their liberal godlike government to control and censor every little thing that causes their snowflake hearts to melt.

Might as well let father send out equilibrium to remove all emotion so their feelings will never be hurt again.

Maybe I would be more outraged if I were an actual Twitter user. (I do have a twitter account but don't really use it. The only time it gets used is when a link from here takes me there.)

Is all of Info Wars banned? Does Paul Joseph Watson still have an account? There is more to Info Wars than Alex Jones and Sandy Hook.

Nope, we’re talking about bill of rights items. States have no say to restrict those.

12 hour ban while Twitter investigates him and anyone affiliated with Alex Jones per Twitter support.

Crabs and beer were both delicious, stout.

The answer is collective action from conservatives and people who are upset about the censorship from big tech. The infrastructure of the internet is not owned by Google and Apple and therefor allows other social media networks to exist. (Net neutrality would have prevented a Google or Apple from negotiating exclusivity with the ISPs but that’s another thread). There were other social media networks before and after Facebook and Twitter and there can be others if enough people make the switch. The old adage of money talks and bullshite walks is always true, so let Facebook see a noticeable drop in its ad revenue because of decreased clicks due to their censorship and they’ll respond. But this process takes longer and is more messy than running to the government for the answer so that’s why it’s not favored right now.

The other answer is a massive expansion of commerce clause power and the CRA following Katzenbzch v. McClung and Heart of Atlanta Motel, but that’s the Pandora’s box I don’t think you want opened when the political pendulum swings back and President Booker is running things

I didn't claim that this was a problem in the first place. It isn't on me to solve it.
