If you are deemed unable to obtain a firearm because you are mentally unstable,

why would you be allowed to even drive a car? If you're crazy enough that society and the law says it thinks you will kill people if you own a gun, why do those same people think that person should be anywhere near other people regardless?
What's stopping a person that crazy from jumping in their car and running over people.
Logic says if you're too crazy to own a gun, you're too crazy for society. Period. You should be taken out of society and admitted into a mental institution.

Why are all of your rights revoked if you are mentally unstable?
Why do the mentally unstable still have 5th Amendment rights if they can’t have 2nd Amendment rights? Or any other.
