Is that person the one calling other "science deniers", "conspiracy theorists", "super spreaders", and was in favor of arresting people that dared violate his decrees? While some actively circumvented the decrees themselves? I think you missed the mark based on what you didn't include.

Cmon.... if it's too problematic to say.. you should sit and ponder why that is.

is global. That means storage space everywhere is high(lots of storage space means low diesel reserves). Just because you haven't run out yet means nada and you should be smart enough to know that.

Oh i am...problem is its ALL ON PAPER.

Its like a short squeeze on a stock....Nothing is different in comoany day to day sales, operations, revenue, etc...but on paper, the value shoots up and hammmers short seller simoly on the illusion of heavy buyers....price skyrockets....but the actual business is not effected.
This world is under constant scams on paper. Theyll make a new one once this one ends. Kinda like the fed reserve...same methods

Always remember...higher prices means double revenue on taxes to feds. Nothing is heavier taxed than fuel at the pump......nothing!

Ukraine just started really hammering the Russian refineries and such in the past 6 months.
I’ve never bought Russian diesel in Virginia, I can tell you that.
