Tempting bet. I don’t think the congressional map is favorable for the dems, especially after redistricting and the VA map debacle.

The five new congressional districts in Texas
that the entire legislative walkout was about earlier this year, where Trump wanted to try to get those new seats for Republicans

At least two of them, very likely three, are going to be Democrat

and thats just Texas

The Republicans overplayed their hand reached for the stars fell short because they were hoping that the general mood and tone of the election be different now they're stuck in a crisis they created.


And that is not me rooting for it to happen
I find no joy that it happened
I'm simply explaining that is what has happened
