First, need to examine whether a real problem exists or if is this just another tactic to suppress a segment of the voter population and carry forth a false narrative that elections are rigged. Between, 2000-2020 there were only 193 convictions for voter fraud of nearly 250 million votes cast. That's roughly one per million votes cast. Btw, the majority of the convictions were absentee ballot related, something in-person voter ID would not prevent. Sounds like a great hot button issue to sway voters, but the solution lacks merit.

Spoken like a true lib: “Let’s form a committee, and waste some more time and money!”

You falsely assumes that one conviction equals one fraudulent vote. And just like any other crime, there are many that don’t get caught….not in small measure because one party in America has no desire to catch and convict them.

Should require ID for ANY vote.

I thought you dims loved democracy. There is overwhelming support for voter ID laws in this country.

Like I've said in other posts, show me the evidence. If voter fraud is so widespread, where's the proof? The only indication of potential voter fraud I've definitively heard was a telephone call by an incumbent asking a high-level polling officials to find votes to swing a state's election. Of course, that's fake news because you believe what you are told, not what you see, hear, or research. Btw, is it Maga or baa, baa, lambchop?
