i think he says something to the extent of he served his country honorably in Vietnam and in congress and leave it there.

He'll just issue a simple press release through his press secretary giving condolences and call McCain a good public servant.
It will be only a couple sentences long and be very, very bland.
The bare minimum and that's all he deserves.
