I still don’t know what a high capacity mag is.
What does the left define one as.....11+?

I think that’s a moving target. Just like the 2 weeks to flatten the curve BS. Everything they say is a lie. Except for this. I think they will come hard for guns.

*standard capacity mags
The plan is already out there. Each AR and semi-auto handgun will be subject to a buyback or a $200 NFA tax, along with every single magazine over a certain capacity. So Joe Blow with an AR-15 and 4 30-round mags has the option to 1) sell them to the government; 2) pay $1,000 in taxes and register them under the NFA; or 3) be a felon.

Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act.
Currently, the National Firearms Act requires individuals possessing machine-guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles to undergo a background check and register those weapons with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Due to these requirements, such weapons are rarely used in crimes. As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act.
Buy back the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities.
Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act.

She said Day 1, plus if she still has that fricking idiot Beto in charge of guns it will be even worse.

All my high capacity mags identify as low capacity mags.

How will they know who does and doesn’t have them?

High capacity mags. Oh boy.

How do they determine how many mags someone has? Honor system? Lol

Right - it's more than 10 now, but then they will all try to outdo each other (some states are already at 7, I think). It's just an incremental step towards outright bans.
Never forget that is the goal. When they deny that's the goal, you can safely ignore their words because they're obviously lying.

Got it. Not scary at all*

very little of that bullshite will pass Constitutional scrutiny. California found that out in August when their ban on "high capacity magazines" was tossed

Any gun control law or action is a violation of the Constitution of the United States. Any tax beyond normal sales tax is in violation of the Constitution of the United States.
People need to quit complying with this unconstitutional crap.

I’d assume they already have the EO drafted.

These people don’t care 1 shite about our Constitutional rights. That’s the worrisome part.
