Actually, this raises a HUGE issue. Let's say that the Presidential election winds up in Court. Also, let's assume the Murkowsky, Collins, Sasse, and Romney refuse to go forward with the nomination.
My understanding is that this would first go through the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. We all know that Harry Reid invoked the Nuclear Option so that Odumbf*ck could appoint the most far left liberal POLITICIZED f*cking whackjobs just to pack THAT court.
Well, we know what the result will be before the D.C. Circuit.
But, what happens after that?
Even IF Roberts does vote with the Conservatives, it would be 4-4. My understanding is that in the event of a 4-4 vote, the decision of the lower court (D.C. Circuit) would stand.
Now, having said that, there is NO F*CKING WAY that Roberts would ever vote with the Conservatives if that plays out. Even if he would otherwise vote with the Conservatives, he will switch his vote JUST SO it wouldn't wind up 4-4.
So, either way WE'RE F*CKED if Trump doesn't get the nominee appointed and the Presidential election winds up before the Supreme Court.

The only thing that I don't necessarily agree with is whether the decision will come from a State Supreme Court. As I noted above, the Democraps will do ANYTHING POSSIBLE to get this before the Federal D.C. Circuit.
