What teenage boy (or girl) hasn't done this?
Now, 35 years later we have a man's reputation being ruined for doing it.
Maybe it's time for a psa: just say no to dryhumping. Lol

Adults dryhump too, they just call it foreplay.

Except there is no objective or even credible subjective evidence he did it - just a bare allegation.

As I stated in another thread: I’m about Kav’s age, was in HS at the same time.

I’m all but certain that I’ll never be a Supreme Court Justice now, because from 1982-84, I engaged in my fair share of harmless slap-and-tickle. The girls were having fun too, and seldom objected. On the extremely rare occasion they DID object, you stopped. Even then, no meant no, and you respected it.

Back then, playfully grabbing a girl’s tit wasn’t called a crime. It was called Friday night.

Stop, just stop. Pushing a girl into a room and holding your hand to her mouth isn't the same thing as getting handsy.

I can see why progressives keep on crying about toxic masculinity.

Address this properly, theres no evidence that this happened at all.

And before you respond, ask yourself if someone did that to your daughter (pushes her into a room and held their hand to her mouth while they groped her) what would you do? I'd go nuclear. And you're bullshitting me if you claim otherwise.

No one said it was. Also, we have no proof that this occurred.

If some girl tried to smear my son's good name about a party he says he wasn't even at, I would also go nuclear.

I'm not attacking you, by the way. Just sick of some folks who rush off half-cocked because of a serious allegation. There should be at least a threshold of evidence met besides he said/she said.

Sorry, rambling now.

Do you think the problem contained within the claim is that there were two teens dryhumping each other at a party like the OP suggested?

Yep, I said as much in that post you quoted.

Agreed, I'm just saying let's not pretend that pushing a girl into a room and holding your hand over her mouth is the same as harmless dryhumping.

Depends why you're holding your hand over her mouth.

I think the problem is if/when horny teens dryhumping can conveniently get embellished/recollected decades after the fact if either party decides they don't like the direction of the other's life, for any reason.

I was reiterating. Again, my bad if it came off as an attack on you. Wasn't my intent.

Agreed. I'm just saying let's also not pretend that ANY girl (or guy. hey, it's 2018 ) could have plausibly engaged in the latter and then claimed the former out of malicious intent (assuming the hand over mouth wasn't also a form of dryhumping foreplay--we're all adults here).

We agree, I'm just disagreeing with the OP as to why a man's reputation is being ruined.

I dont believe her story, but I also see the difference between her claim and harmless dryhumping. Perhaps she made it all up, perhaps she has buyers remorse (it was actually consensual), either way her claim is a very serious one. Legally speaking its attempted rape, something you might not gather if you just read this thread.

It's probably a good point.....maybe she should have old her Dad this when it happened.

I have to daughters and they know how to handle themselves.....but I also have a son and worry about how he could get tared with this type of shite. You seem to think that women don't get horny as well.....lead guys on and the second it gets too hot and heavy shut the thing down. It seems in this instance, this is exactly what happened and the guy relented

Plus, why do I have to believe this happened with Kavanaugh.....are women somehow incapable of lying????? ask Stephen Pagones about a lie that went too far in the Tawana Brawley case and how it RUINED his life? But it wasn't Brawley's fault was it? Pagones should have just copped to it.....would have been better for him right?

Ask the Lacrosse guys at Duke about a lie/accusation that went too far. Those guys should have relented because well, women don't lie about things like this? Right?

We are being fed a fantastical lie

Women are just as capable of lying as men are capable of lying

I would advise her to wait decades before she told anyone about it, saving the revelation of this crime for a politically opportune moment.
