The point is, that if an administration and the Congress before passes a budget, the belief is by those that would use the 14th Amendment that you cannot try to cut spending. That budget item is a debt and that debt must be paid for....you cannot even attempt to cut spending.

Pelosi didn't have the gavel from 2017-2019. Repubs had the House and the Senate and the presidency. And the Repubs did vote to raise the debt ceiling three times during Trump.

Do this, and the flight from the Dollar will accelerate even more. The last vestiges of a functional republic will be gone, the empire revealed in plain sight.
Hyperinflation would become the norm.
Leading to Anarchy.
