To be fair the Breonna Taylor shooting was fricked up, as are no knock warrants

Does that mean you disagree with Trump invoking the Insurrection Act, which is a statutory exception to posse comitatus?

The will walk and this is why. The
Medical Examiners report stated that George died from cardiopulmonary arrest. So basically the guy had a heart attack or something similar while being arrested. Symptoms of cardiopulmonary arrest? People may experience: Pain areas: in the chest Whole body: collapse, fainting, or lightheadedness Also common: palpitations or shortness of breath.
You can see a video of George falling down when being brought to the car. George was saying he could not breath while standing up before ever ending up on the ground and all of this was before the knee ever came into play
If he was showing symptoms of a possible heart attack and eventually died of a heart attack. How likely will a jury find him guilt beyond a reasonable doubt that he killed with his knee in a manner not listed as the cause of death in the report. Did the knee help the situation? Well of course not. Maybe the cops deserve some discipline for being overly aggressive etc but murder is not in the cards.

No
But that still doesn't change who holds primary responsibility.
if I have to come save your arse because you're not doing your job that doesn't change the fact that you're not doing your job. And if for some reason I am prevented from coming to save your arse that still doesn't change the fact that it was your job.
That said he shouldn't have even brought it up if he didn't know for sure he had the support of the military leadership. So that was definitely a political error on his part

Just for clarity (not being an arse here) which local leaders are you referring to?

There would be no riots if police walked away. No one to incite violence.

Trust me, they do not like the mayor. He's a pos.

The liberal leaders would shite their pants

I think it really comes down to the police unions. If the union leadership say we're done with this, all the officers will walk. I'd think they'd be getting to a breaking point of doing that in some cities.

Did they call in and ask if she was black before they shot into the house?

Well in the example of Louisville the Louisville leaders. If they don't want the police to do no-knock warrants then they can perfectly well prevent the police from doing no-knock warrants
That's the ridiculous part. And places like Minneapolis and New York City and Chicago and everywhere else similar where liberal leaders complain about police, I'm like excuse me but aren't you in charge of the police
It's not like Republicans are running these cities. All of these liberal leaders wring their hands like they can't do anything about a problem that they actually have full control over

What does race have to do with it? It would have been just as fricked up if she was white.

Just for 48 hours and announce it ahead of time.
Let business owners have time to prepare.

You are correct that they will walk, or should anyway. This is part of the reason AG Wife Beater raised the charges. Slappy Ellison is gonna try his damnedest to railroad these guys by piling on and threatening with everything he can. Probably try to get them into Gen Pop even so the inmates get a shot to kill them.

I could agree with 90% of that. My only comment is that I read the mayor's comments or doing a top down review to include items like no knock warrants. If that's the case, I would hope the officers have a better reason to walk off the job.

Would be nice to see. Let them have it their way in THEIR town.
Imagine the decent people trapped in that shithole. You know there will be a mass exodus of good folks in the coming months.

I dont know how the frick anyone would put themselves through that, especially here in STL. Could get shot any second, defending people who don't give a shite about you and have the city ready at a moments notice to crucify you before proven guilty.
