You can easily fix this by legislation. Award married couples for having children instead of making it a financial pain point. It's better than paying billions for illegal aliens and losing job markets to slave legal immigration.

Legislation does need to happen but it takes at least 16 years before those children enter the job market. Proper immigration is an immediate solution. Texas needs blue collar labor badly and louisiana, which is essentially a satellite and labor supplier of Texas, isnt enough

I agree with you. Rhe courts are clogged up and cannot perform efficiently. A simple, reasonable cost process for the various functions os what is needed. Extending a visa is like giving a non English speaker IRS tax forms and telling them to figure it out. The ones trying to do it correctly, so they only have to do it once, spend a good bit on lawyers so their cases aren't kicked back. What's the point of going back home "to get new shoes" for two weeks then coming back? Check ins and background checks in regular intervals with reasonable fees is all you really need. If thry are paying taxes like us then let them work.

Officers encountered blatant marriage fraud

They didn't have to go beyond the House of Representatives to find one of those.

Want it to stop? Arrest the officials responsible for this. This isn't an oversight, this is done on purpose.
