Typical Eurocat link.

Factually incorrect, WW II was over.
He never became a citizen.

Leaves out crucial facts: His deportation order dates back to the late 1960s after he had run-ins with the law. All information is sourced from his lawyer who must paint his client in a positive light.

He admits that a noncitizen with a criminal record is facing deportation.

I don’t see the problem. Deport him to Germany or Poland. I frankly don’t care, he can reside in Haiti for all that I care.

Eurocat. Come back when you have a more balanced understanding of the facts. Let’s start with his criminal record, why he never became a U.S. citizen, and why he wasn’t deported in the 1960s in the first place.

So having 73 years isn't enough time to become a citizen? Send his arse back to Poland, apparently he's incapable of deciding where his loyalties lie, so we can make it real easy for him.

LMAO, did you honestly expect to tug at my heart strings with this?

73 years is plenty of time to become a legal citizen.

Thanks for giving me the tip that I must go see the eye doctor tomorrow because I don't see anywhere that I wrote that I am on this guys side. I was posting it to show that the arguments about ICE being racist and "only going after minorities" are wrong. I didn't think people needed that spelled out. Again if you can show where I said anything like "this is bad" or "how heartless" go ahead, show me.

I read a story a while back about a guy from Italy who came to the United States as an infant, lived here his entire life, never became a citizen, and was deported back his home country after he served time for being a tax cheat.

Here it is:

LINK

quote:

NEW YORK -- The husband of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice will be deported back to Italy once he's released from prison next year, according to a judge's ruling Wednesday.

Giuseppe "Joe" Giudice appeared before an immigration court in York, Pennsylvania, via teleconference. He has 30 days to appeal the decision, said Kathryn Mattingly, a spokeswoman for the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

Giudice is an Italian citizen who came to the U.S. as an infant and wasn't aware he wasn't an American citizen.

He's currently serving a more than 3-year sentence for fraud and failing to pay taxes. He's incarcerated at FCI Allenwood.

Prison records indicate he is set to be released in March.

The couple pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud and submitting false loan applications to get $5 million in mortgages and construction loans. Joe Giudice also pleaded guilty to not paying about $200,000 in income taxes.

Teresa Giudice served nearly a year in prison and was freed in December 2015.

Messages seeking comment from the couple's lawyers and Teresa Giudice's publicist weren't immediately returned Wednesday.

In January, during the season eight reunion of "Real Housewives of New Jersey," Teresa Giudice implied she would be open to moving to Italy with him.

"Italy's a beautiful place to live," she told the host at the time. "Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can."
