I think Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio were right - Trump doesn't stand with Israel enough

Here is the problem I am beginning to notice with the Trump administration - his relationshp with Israel
Are we supposed to believe that because he is close to Kushner that he stands with Israel?
I don't know but nothing I have seen from Trump shows me that he really considers Israel to be our most important ally.
Radical Islam is spreading in the Middle East and Israel is really the only country in the region willing to stand against it. But Israel is such a small country surrounded by countries that hate them and they can't do it alone. And nothing I have seen from Trump so far leads me to believe that he is willing to give Israel whatever it needs to fight this fight whether that be money or military support or whatever.
If you don't stand with Israel you don't stand with America. We need to stand unapologetically with Israel and this administration hasn't shown that yet. This is definitely an area that Cruz/Rubio would have been better at. With the healthcare snafu and now this I am starting to wonder if we would have been better off nominating one of them instead. Hillary was a weak candidate who would have lost anyway.

His proposed budget guts State Department money going to most countries with the exception of Israel so that's something.
