It sounds to me like Trump is telling the new president that he there were some issues in his country and that he wants to make sure he cleans things up.
Basically, Trump is saying that he's happy to help and he's happy to have a good relationship but it's important that they stop the nonsense that went on during the Obama/Biden years.
I have no problem with that.

From what I can gather from this post earlier today by WPBTIGER, LINK the U.S. has had a treaty with Ukraine since 1998 called "Treaty With Ukraine On Mutual Legal Assistance In Criminal Matters"
What does this establish? A mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) is an agreement between two or more countries for the purpose of gathering and exchanging information in an effort to enforce public or criminal laws.
What's the problem with what POTUS did considering this fact.
I have no problem with that.
