Life is much better this way

I’ve found being around one in a friend group is impossible. They always complain about everything and are completely miserable. Can’t even have drinks without them moaning about Trump

Anyone else share these experiences and cut libs out of their life? What’s the point of being around people that are completely miserable 99% of the time?

When Obama was President I didn’t spaz out every time his name was mentioned

I dont talk about politics with my friends because I'd rather have fun and talk about something more positive. When it does come up it typically doesnt last long. Why ruin personal relationships over things that really dont have an impact on daily life?

Because they are all trash. Anyone who supports the left and votes that way should be treated as such. They are against our sovereignty and liberties.

Media + internet do not equal individual beliefs, behaviors and actions. Don’t let it rot your brain and exclude everyday people. Biggest problem today we let our 2-5 % differences infect our perceptions.

Same. I’ve got a couple of friends and a few acquaintances from different social circles that all they want to do is bitch about Trump but can’t really name off anything he’s done that’s negative other than the usual “says mean things” or “is totally unprofessional”. When they’re not bitching about him they’re making dumb jokes about him or virtue signaling about something. I guess it makes them feel like they’re the most clever, well-read, and morally superior folks in the room.

On the flip side when Obama was president I didn’t wanna hang around the friends that constantly bitched about him either. I’m starting to understand the whole politics and religion lessons the old folks always tried to tell us about

You sound like an Alabama fan with the Refs in his back pocket.

Of course you want to grin about how 'great' things are going - you have the media - the entertainment industry - the deep state - the academic institutions - the internet information controllers all lined up on your side - and the Obama holdovers in the DOJ ready to look the other way when you rampantly commit pass interference or holding, but keep a keen eye out for any hint of an 'irregularity' from your opponent.

Yeah - you can afford to feign tolerance and congeniality.

Agree with all of that. Had to be a good citizen through 8 years of shitty governance. Now it’s our turn to do the conservative thing... Stop being whiny bitches.

I do my best to avoid them though I go to a church with many educators, all levels and they are around for sure.

You're a fool. It isn't all about sides.

Everyone just needs to chill out.

The last time I spoke with one , I made him cry. I disproved all his vegan-eco religion BS. Left him stuttering and apologizing.

I'm fairly liberal and I have a lot of conservative friends.

Thing is, we are all adults and understand that people can have differing views and still get along.

With your mindset, I'm sure nobody is missing your company.
