I freely admit I'm a techno idiot, but what happened to Hooktube? Can't search on it now?

Hooktube is basically "the conservative Youtube" because it's not owned and tracked by Google. It's normally set up like Youtube with suggestions of videos on the right and the ability to search topics above.
Now it's changed and has a bunch of gogglygook at the bottom that I can't decifer.

I never used the homepage. I always just took the youtube link and replaced 'you' with 'hook.'

Someone or some entity has totally effed up it's ability to be user friendly.

Probably some proprietary problems. I would think that they just lifted the source code of YT somehow for the UI capabilities, so they will have to create it on their own.

I've noticed when a video that exposes leftist BS keeps getting deleted on Youtube, it's freely available on Hooktube.

It's okay brother. Now you know about it, and hopefully it will get it's user friendliness back. I'm looking forward to using it and never using Youtube again.
