I’m going to say the opposite. I was never a huge Trump supporter. Nor have I ever been a huge war supporter to include this one.

But I usually take a deep dive and learn more about the basis for large scale military action. It often comes from friends in the military and people I know with backgrounds in global intelligence gathering.

I support this war and the President’s decision to do it.

Ask yourself why Iran has been regarded as the #1 state sponsor of terrorism by every President and runner up alive today.

Ask yourself (or Google) if there has ever been a nation that enriched uranium to 60% and yet never developed a nuclear weapon. Spoiler alert: every nation that reached 60% developed a nuclear weapon.

Ask yourself why Iran needed to enrich to 60% when peaceful civilian purposes is a mere 3-5%.

Ask yourself why Iran mined the Strait of Hormuz. Should a nation that is willing to risk that and embrace the potential self inflicted economic damage be trusted to have a nuclear weapon?

Why would Iran declare they purposefully limited their long range missiles to a range of 2,000 km when weeks later they demonstrated they actually had missiles capable of reaching twice that distance when desperate? Can such a nation be trusted to enrich uranium only to 60% when it takes only a couple of weeks more of enriching for weapons grade ?

Possibly but at least he refrained from kicking that 47 year old can down the street
