Hypothetical, what if Trump went off the grid for 1 week (M-F)

just to take a break and to test the waters. What would happen in the news cycle if he wasn't constantly lobbing back punches ?
no tweets, no shots of him doing anything, no spontaneous Q and A, it's just totally silent..."We haven't heard from the President in 4 straight days, we have no idea what he's doing inside the White House, it's on total lock down, but we can report he is not sick or in any danger"
how much would the media freak out over his silence?

They would claim he is wearing an ankle monitor, wearing a walking boot to hide it. Oh, and he's in Gitmo on trial for treason in a military tribunal.

When Melania went into the hospital for surgery the media said that she checked herself in to a hospital to get away from Trump...
They are not rational. This is a horrible idea. They would attack him far more easier.
His twitter is the only way to speak because the media is the enemy/the democrats.
His advisors should make sure he refuses impeachment and garbage questions when he is with a foreign leader from now on.

I wish he'd send out a tweet of him smiling with a short statement, "I need two weeks to absorb all of this. You folks are going to be so happy." He flies off to Camp David.
and then radio silence for two unbroken weeks. Two weeks later he flies back, enters the White House and tweets:

I don't believe there are that many things our president can't do. But this is one of them.
