No BS. It has to be, correct?

I mean old Joe could stroke out any day before next Inauguration Day.

So it has to be already signed and in the Resolute, right?

It was signed his first day in office. He just hasn’t revealed it yet.

Hunter is about to go on trial again in California I think. Does Hunter need to be officially convicted of a crime before Joe can pardon him?

Nope.

Can pardon for any and all crimes from whatever date to present day whether convicted of or not.

Pretty big power.

Sure is. I wasn’t clear if a person needed to be found guilty before a President can use his pardoning powers or not.

Roto-Rooter IRS audit of the entire Corrupt Biden Family Crime Syndicate.

Make sure Crackhead Hunter can't get his hands on a dime of that bribe/extortion.

Only one caveat is that Biden can only pardon him for federal crimes. State charges would not be pardonable by a presidential pardon.

So a state could still lay down the legal hammer on Hunter.
