They didn't use to do this in most cases - maybe something changed?

This tells us little about general population. Microcosm, sure, maybe, but nothing to support that. Myriad of factors oversimplified by this letter. Could be absolutely true, but I see flaws with the data.

Wouldn’t one expect diagnoses to be considerably higher in number in 2021? It seems like including 2020 data, during lockdowns, lessens significance of a 5-year average, weighted by 2020 data (absence thereof, essentially), only to further conflate by then directly comparing to 2021 data inflated by delayed diagnoses?

Would one expect 1,000% increase? Of course not. But, I’d assume the letter involved the highlights - spikes in conditions likely attributed to an unknown number of factors which may or may not include the vaccine?

Not exactly some things that get delayed in diagnosing.

Fair point. I guess I mean more that the frickery of 2020 led to later diagnoses, not delayed, and things like disruption to routine doctor visits, elective procedures and such, should be considered as potential contributing factors.

Go ahead and cut those % in half if it tickles your hoohaa. Still, at half impact, highly concerning and ,to the logical brain, damning.

As should the vaccine. Basically what the Senators letter is asking about.

You do make some decent points but the time since the vax had come out can't account for the increases that are happening even if every diagnoses we're delayed.

I’ll agree it’s concerning, but not damning.

pre-2021 data is incomplete but 2021 is accurate. That surely explains the discrepancies lol. Clown world continues

More than reason alone to stop forcing this shite of people who generally don’t need the vax in the first place.

Which only points to the fact that there is widespread undercounting in the prior data relative to 2021, consistent with the DOD position that the data is erroneous and incomplete.

its suddenly been taken offline until they can determine the cause of the "corruption." Again, lol

So the fact that conditions that couldn’t possibly be caused by the vaccine show the same ridiculous pattern doesn’t suggest to you that the data is unreliable?
