HSBC dowgrades ABInbev and it loses another 3 billion in market cap today

Here is blip from the downgrade:

Carlos Laboy, managing director at HSBC's global beverage sector, told CNBC that there are "deeper problems than ABI admits" after the social media partnership with Mulvaney in April.

"At Ambev, we think the answer is ‘yes;’ in the US, we think it’s ‘no.’ The way this Bud Light crisis came about a month ago, management’s response to it and the loss of unprecedented volume and brand relevance raises many questions," Laboy continued.

Latest sales numbers from Nielsen ending week April 29th, bud light sales down 23%. Now keep in mind this is with them no doubt discounting the snot out of the brand.

I still dont understand why their stock is falling, I was told by many on here that it did not matter that wall street would prop up the price, right, am I right???
