Makes sense. They used the Clinton Foundation as a piggy bank to give themselves and their aides cash and benefits. No CF, no cash flow.
And I doubt Chelsea has money to toss their way given her idiot husband managed to lose millions in spite of insider trading.

Bill gets 400k a year in retirement. I assume she collects something from being Senator and Sec of State. They have a paid for house. Seems they should be plenty set to carry out the rest of their years in quiet peace.
