Hasn't RDS said something about moving a lot of permanent gov't out of the DC area. "Reducing the footprint" by 50% of something like that. That kind of change would also present the opportunity to even downsize.

The short version ... he has served in the U.S. House and he has been the Gov over Florida. He knows how to get things done and not just talk about it.
