It was such a curious and ham handed move that I have serious questions about what they might have been looking for.

What about Jack, Fannie and Leticia? Are they above the law?

No.

Fannie lied under oath and I said should have bar disciplinary proceedings

Leticia may have committed mortgage fraud

Jack Smith doesn't really fit with the 2 above

*A minority of agents thought there were PC issues

The majority + a very pro-Trump judge disagreed with their assessments

Again—regardless of PC , going in with guns drawn and an OK to use deadly force is completely unacceptable given both the circumstances and nature of the “alleged offense”.

I think what really pushed this strategy, for better or worse, was the obstruction-related behavior by Trump and his co-defendants.

When a suspect starts moving/hiding evidence, law enforcement gets really anxious

The question was NEVER possession. The question was authorization.

They did this to a former president.

And we are all about trusting the government now?

Where did "Drain the Swamp!" go?

SFP—now you are either creating facts out of mid air or grossly misconstruing them. The record of communication above is clear that this was not occurring and did not occur if it had , they would have simply charged him with obstruction of justice or tampering, which are easier to prove than the underlying allegations. They didn’t because the recurs indicates 100% communication and cooperation.

It sure does heavily lean one way. And then points to the maybe 1% of the time he may lean Right as if it covers him. It really is an interesting case.

It sounds like he has inside access to a bureau poll. I'm just curious as to what % separated majority and minorities, and if possible, who they were specifically ....

.... because every single one of the FBI MFs involved in the MAL raid need a full on colonoscopic internal interrogation, and most need to be looking for new employment.

The article even outlines the accommodations negotiated with Biden and Pence - the exact accommodations denied Trump. The DOJ must have really wanted to see what was in Melania’s panty drawer.
