Carter had a plan to help the states with funding. Regan, or his handlers, killed it purposefully.
No, he's not 10p% responsible, but he played a really big part as the governor of California and then president.
Point is, the same people that this board wants to fix the problem are the same ones who helped cause it.

By refusing to cater to their fantasy! There are two camps when it comes to determining when the sex of a baby is established.
Some say sex is determined at conception, while others say the physical differentiation of sex organs occurs later, around 9 to 13 weeks into pregnancy.
Looking at this from a realistic lens, a person cannot simply decide one day that he or she will change their sex to be opposite of what God has created.
And we should not kowtow to this mentally skewed way of thinking.
This way of thinking by these folks, sadly, is a mental flaw. They should seek therapy, not approval for their fantasy.
Just keeping it real!

Progressives see love as affirmation only. They parent that way too if they have kids. Real love is caring enough to help and protect someone when they falter and correcting them when needed. No one has been correcting these mentally insane individuals and the lack of reigning in until now is causing them to ignite

Bottom line - If you suffer from delusions so profound that you don't know which bathroom to use - you need significant in-patient mental health treatment.
Besides - We're told by the homosexual crowd that they are who they are and that we should accept as such because they're "born this way." Why are we also expected to subscribe to the delusions of the trans-afflicted because they were "born in the wrong bodies"?
