MBS was a guest of the United States. MBS is set to receive lots of sophisticated equipment from the US. Lots of Americans have questions about the wisdom of a closer relationship with the Saudis (I'm not one of them).

If EVERY president got the Trump treatment, say back to GWB, do you think we’d even have a functioning government? That’s every president, daily, trying to deal with what Trump has to. Every day. Every president. Same levels of obfuscation, gotchas, planning downfalls of, literally all of it. What would our government look like, and what would society look like, if literally everything Trump deals with from the media and everything else was dumped on every other president’s lap every day of their lives, how would things shake out? We’re talking bombed baby counters on CNN and literally every single scandal blown into a 1000000x bigger deal, every day, for every president since GWB.
Idk if you care at all to think about this, but it’s why we do not give one frick about the things in the OP. Literally take them and shove them up your arse(truly mean no offense there). Just saying it’s INSANE for y’all to think we give one frick about any of these things anymore after seeing how everyone skates but Trump.
He could hav said “that fricker deserved it” and id give not 1 frick outside of it maybe being an unforced error.

I agree completely with you. To compound this, there has never been a president more accessible to the press...a hostile press at that. AND they never credit him for it.
I literally don't remember an occasion where a sitting president had to disagree with his own CIA in answering a question. I just thought it was an interesting conundrum. Not earth shattering.
