How many times did the moderator tell Biden he had 10 secs to respond compared to Trump?

I thought she was pretty fair in letting the candidates respond quickly.

Same. I thought it was 10x better than the first one.

At least once when Biden talked about ending the oil industry.

I think she was just trying to limit his frick up though.

She did a better job than Mathews. She didn't debate Trump.

She was definitely better than Wallace, but there were a lot of times where Trump would have to fight for a "okay you get 10 seconds to respond" and then immediately after she would let Biden respond to Trump and not rush him at all.

Besides not asking Biden some tougher follow up questions to some of his statements, I was pleasantly surprised with the moderator last night. I think she knew how bad Wallace came off to everyone after the first debate and tried not to do what he did

She didn't debate him as much. But she threw in a few rebuttals after he talked every once in a while.

She told both candidates multiple times to give a quick or 10 second response

The difference is she repeatedly cut off Trump after 10 seconds while letting Biden speak for much longer periods

This was obvious. Trump often had to fight to be able to respond to something Biden said. Biden never had to fight and she would often give him the opportunity to respond uninterrupted.

Compared to Chris Wallace, she was outstanding.

She was a definite improvement in that she didn’t try to interject herself into the actual debate content. However I noticed that she seemed to give Biden the last word on most issues.

Which turned out to be a good thing.

She was easily the best of the last two cycles, but of course she wasn't perfect. I think the reason for that is that Trump can fit a coherent thought into 10 seconds, whereas Biden can't. She was stopping Trump after he completed his thought, but before he started a second point. I can see the pros and cons to that. She would stop Biden in the same way, but his first thought was taking 30 seconds.

I noticed the moderator interrupting Trump frequently with "we have to move on, we have to move on, we have to move on"... but NEVER did the same to Biden.

I don't think it matters much. She did a good job compared to the last moderator. Enough so that POTUS commended her for it. Trump won the debate easily.

The biggest difference BY FAR between the debates was the moderator. I thought Kristen Welker did a fairly good job, where Chris Wallace was a fricking disaster.
