“All of the president's assets are in a blind trust, which is managed by his children. And I would argue, one of the many reasons that the American people re-elected this president back to this office is because he was a very successful businessman before giving it up to publicly serve our country.”
“Buyers of President Donald Trump’s meme coin converged from around the globe on Thursday for an exclusive dinner at his private country club,”
Am i supposed to pretend to be mad at something? Anything illegal, Trump’s family can’t do business? Where exactly is the corruption?

Most corrupt president of our lifetime

His support doesn't require you to be dishonest

Huge Trump supporter here... But, this is 100% wrong while in office. Couldn't look much worse on the surface. He needs to STOP THIS Meme Coin, Watch Selling bullshite till he is out.
Thank you, what a reasonable answer and way to feel. I think a lot of Trump supporters are ignoring this kind of swampiness because of the idea that anything besides Biden/Harris is better. shite can go sideways quick. America will lose credibility with if he continues this. Republicans need to stand up and speak against selling the office of the president.

There. And there’s quite the difference between Hunter frickin Biden selling his “art” as he did, and investing in a legitimate company, one that, again, is in blind trust as mentioned above. Now, if the issue is simply that some amongst us and elsewhere just don’t trust Trump in that regard, well then that’s just a matter of personal preference and perspective.

You do realize that this is selling veiled, private, direct access to the president of the United States? This is a major ethical concern! This was a huge scandal to everyone on this board when the Bidens were doing it!

Neither am I, but to ignore the significance of this is just bizarre to me.

Perhaps it’s more significant than some think, perhaps it’s less significant than others think. The problem came into play when the practice of condemning Trump for anything and everything, site unseen, produced a sense of skepticism and cynicism in each and every next such condemnation or accusation etc that comes out at a nonstop rate. That’s just a general observation aimed at explaining why many people proceed in such a skeptical and cynical way.

I believe that Trump was the one man who could have overcome the DEM scum 10 years ago, and the only one who could have survived the past 10 years of constant attack from the true enemies of America. And I thank God every day for having allowed him to survive the treachery set out to destroy him.
That being said, I still do not like his persona - never have, never will.
BUT - I know that perfection is beyond the potential of human existence on earth. I don;t have to like it, but I can endure it for the blessings that I think could not have occurred except for his indomitable spirit and boundless energy.
He is what he is - I believe him to be a good man at the level of his basic instincts, but far from perfect, as are we all.

Other than perhaps a very small handful of outlying kooks and/or some merely being facetious, I’ve seen negligible instances of folks saying Trump is perfect.

I can only speak for myself. What exactly did the Biden’s do that you are referring to? I was out of politics from November 2020 until Trump got shot. I don’t know anything about Hunter’s art or even his laptop. If he sold art I don’t see a problem with it unless there’s much more to it than that. I’ve seen post about it but never have looked into anything hunter biden. I would have partied with him 20 years ago if I could

I don't care what people think, I genuinely want to understand how a good conservative sorts this brazenly corrupt behavior into "that okay with me if Trump does it"

You retards do know it's OK to disagree with the behavior of the party you voted for, right?

Or else what? Someone may disagree with your disagreement? The horror.

So in the interest of not appearing to be hypercritical, we ignore obvious wrongdoing? Party loyalty doesn't require anyone to be a sycophant.

How does one equate cynicism or skepticism, as I described in my general observation, to being a sycophant, if I may?

You must be new here. It's not party loyalty, it's loyalty to Trump.
