I think that was his point.

Details matter a LOT in these discussions.

You are confused, the investigation was done by Trump's DOJ not Axios or CNN.

Trump's DOJ found no evidence to support the claim that Obama tapped Trump's "wires"........but you knew that, which is why you respond with insults and obfuscation instead of facts.

In a courtroom, perhaps. People using them as an excuse to be the "ackchually" guy is a different matter.

Obama knew most of this was bullshite and he either implicitly or explicitly signed off on the entire thing. Call it spying, call it tapping, call it surveilling; it doesn't change the overall scope of the corruption. It's an attempt at deflection.

You are dishonest. Axios and cnn misrepresented what the investigation concluded.

There was surveillance. You know it. Stop being a dishonest a hole.

I present facts and evidence. You respond with insults and unsubstantiated claims.

An axios article that misrepresents the findings is neither facts nor evidence. Your assertion to the contrary is dumb. As are you.

Are you denying there was surveillance? Yes or no?

Whenever you respond with insults, and no facts, it confirms I am right.

The facts have not changed. It was well documented by the GOP led Senate intelligence report that Trump's campaign manager was in regular contact a Russian Intelligence agent and shared confidential, swing state, microtargeting date with him. He did this knowing that Russian intelligence was actively interfering with the U.S. election in support of Trump.

You spew insults to deflect from these facts.

Well they're trying to spin it all up into criminal allegations so the "courtroom" standard is kind of applicable.

quote:

And as I said, the story only really has impact relating to political support of Obama, who can't run for President again and isn't in politics anymore.

And this is swirling around an echo chamber where 99.99% of people didn't ever support Obama, and proably 75% have ODS.

It wasn't proper or good and I wouldn't vote for Obama (although I never did). Beyond that, though, at this point, what difference does it make? Give some fodder for books about Obama?

You can’t have war crimes without an armed conflict.

Don’t try to change the subject.

You, and Barry, spewing insults to deflect from not having any facts to support your absurd claims is hilarious.

Face it, you posted a lie.

Wrong. You present fake news and act like it is evidence. It’s dumb. As are you.

Notice how Bonds thinks he’s been clever by saying there was “surveillance” without saying of whom and when he gets called on it he tries to change the subject.

Obviously it makes enough difference to you that you have to attempt to defend him and minimize his actions. Why do you care if someone calls what he did "illegal"? It almost certainly was. Yep, he was always going to get away with it but that doesn't mean it can't be discussed.

Don't be a MAGA-tard and lie about what I said.

Why do you care if someone calls what he did "illegal"?

Do you see how that's riling up the MAGA-tards on this board?

Promoting lies, whether it be Obama or people discussing Obama, to rile up emotional-types is not good.

How? He's the head Executive and his determination is not even legally reviewable in these spheres. Trump's admin is actively fighting to expand this authority, FWIW.

And that's not saying he's immune. I'm saying it can't be illegal, especially within the Unified Executive Theory being pushed by the Trump admin today.

You have yet to provide a single piece of evidence to support the claim that Obama tapped Trump......just your usual flailing around spewing insults.

If you find some actual evidence you should share it, because right now you look foolish.
