We have more mountains here than Afghanistan. Two separate (major) ranges. Regardless of your total ignorance on that subject, America is just about the hardest regime change target in the world.

Well, I was a career Army Special Forces soldier and one of my primary jobs was training stupid indigenous fighters how to navigate difficult terrain with no GPS. So yes, I can navigate them without a GPS, as can millions of other civilians who navigated those areas without anything more than a map.

Map reading / navigation is one of the easiest skills to teach. It's one of those baseline things that almost everyone, including retarded tribesmen, can understand.
