Again, you believe that several states are in open defiance of our constitution and the courts just hadn't had the chance to get around to them and their constitutionally unlawful bans on certain firearms?

Oh they are but just because they pass a law means the SCOTUS can just sweep in and invalidate it. It's a years long process in most cases. Took 6 years to get through v. Heller 1. Cases v. Heller II and v. Heller III took another 7 years collectively. That's 13 years to remove idiotic D.C. handgun laws but it did eventually happen. Dragged their sorry asses kicking and screaming the whole way...

Keep your focus short there kid. Forget that it took almost 20 years to get CCW pushed to all 50 states in one form or another. Doesn't matter how long it takes but it will happen, the religion of gun-control is dying and you better get used to it.

Not my fault you're an imbecile that doesn't understand how these things work. Maybe you should spend more time reading and less time being a lousy troll.

Do you understand how cases make it to SCOTUS?

I think you should have payed closer attention to your law class your freshman year. You obviously didn't learn anything.

Okay bud. Keep holding your breath on these decades old unlawful bans. They'll be overturned any day now.

They will be kid, they will be. D.C.'s handgun ban lasted from 1976 to 2008. Chicago's lasted from 1965 until 2010. All that matters is the results and they ain't looking too good for you...

See we have lots of bunker people that post here after reading the first page. You guys really need to stop thinking the 2% crazies are our populace.

When do you guys think we may have to fight that war against our government?

I like these threads. They show how stupid both sides are. Please keep it going.

I'd like to know why you think that's relevant...

Platitudes can be fun, but they're not useful.

Gun crazies created the platitude. I'm just wanting further information.

I think it would be nice to know when the US Military plans to take over the country.

I think it would be nice to know why you think me owning firearms harms you?

No they didn't. You people did. Or do you just not know what a platitude is?

Do you know the difference between deterrence and reaction?

It means cliche. Somethings used so many times it loses it's becomes useless. I know what it means. You sure you do? And both sides do it. Your side is all about staying armed to fight the govt when they attack (said many times in this thread), and the other side is about nobody having guns or every child's death is your (ie gun owners) fault.

Very funny stuff watching you fringe people argue.

Yes, I know the difference between a deterrence and reaction. You think gun owners having guns is an actual deterrence to the govt taking over if they so desire?

It doesn't I guess. However, other people owning firearms sure harms a few people.

Considering that's literally written into the document, I'd say it's a strong argument you dumb cuck.

I see the “the founders NEVER would’ve expected fully automatic 5.56 assault clips that can shoot 20 rounds per clip second” argument so much from liberals, and it’s so irrelevant.

This logic can be said about a whole bunch of things in the Constitution, but the libs always single out the 2A.

Excellent. I love seeing progress.

Link to this being used as a talking point:

I'd be willing to bet that I can find more instances of you people using it.

What is my "side?"

you fringe people

Ask around about me. You're already fricked, even if you don't know it yet.

Yes, I know the difference between a deterrence and reaction.

Are you sure? Define those as well.

You don't?

As a man who has helped "take over" two separate nations, I can answer that question with a resounding "Yes".

Any other brain busters?
