How do private lawyers in Biden’s case

have security clearance to see classified documents which the privately paid lawyers did see and recovered?

I'm wondering why the DOJ told the FBI their services weren't needed in monitoring this document scandal. There's an article about it in the WSJ but I don't subscribe to it

None of them have the need to know clearances for this. Security clearances and need to know are on very different levels

They don't but in the process of scrubbing the President's business dealings they found them. Gives me some faith in attorneys in that they could have just shred them and no one the wiser.
