What does this mean?
A man born in the UK (not of American Parents, etc) is "equal"...but NOT a citizen of the United States.

Awesome, using the disadvantaged as an insult. You should recount how funny that was with one of your friends that has a child with autism. I'm sure they'll get a big laugh.

The only thing I'll say is that whether the Asian piece is a mathematical outlier remains to be seen.
What you said here is the statistical equivalent of attempting to have your cake and eat it too.
The bottom line is that based upon most current data, it is an outlier. No ifs, ands, or buts. If you want to forecast, that's an entirely different conversation (not to mention an entirely different point than the one you were attempting to make by bringing it up in the first place).

It's an extreme bump
Hence, "outlier."

but you can certainly draw a pattern
One cannot draw patterns from single/limited outliers. As a rule.
And even granting you your tepid Asians tangent, we're still not even talking about the same ballpark as the black vote to which you're trying to draw a parallel.

A better way to ask the question is what has the Republican party done over the past, say 30 years, to attract more black voters to their cause?

Oh so NOW we're talmbout only the black people you want to talk about. Not black people in general. I see you squeaking those goalposts back, you sly frick.

A party should not need to “do” anything to attract certain groups
A person should vote for a party if they think it has good ideas, not based on whether they think it represents their group

Many conservatives have contempt for immigrants in general
They just pretend it's the illegality of it that bothers them. Hence the opposition to us taking in refugees. That would be completely legal yet it is opposed anyway.
And if the opposition is based on opposition to Islam that would make the statement about religious expression false.

Not pander/patronize black people based on the color of their skin. Endeavor to act upon the conservative values most blacks already hold. Fight against the greatest genocide no one likes to talk about in abortion. Etc.
I say this as a black man who will turn 30 this summer

Lower taxes
Yes, but that is less important to lower earners.
Anything else.

I apologize if I hurt your feelings. From your postings I was under the impression you didn't have any.

Not enough.
It’s been a terrible marketing and messaging issue.
Moreover, the GOP has allowed itself to be demonized by the Dems, due to false talking points floated by the left, related to ethnicity.
The party recognizes that and is taking steps towards change.

What are the things that would arreact you to any ideology if you were a black person?

Everything you typed is Powerman Certified: Dead-arse WRONG
I have not once run into a conservative that has had a problem with legal immigration provided it's merit-based (As it should always be to begin with).
