Don’t give him the credit.
All laurels go to his saintly and brilliant parents who were shrewd and enlightened enough to homeschool young whipper-snapper, TBird, and his sibling brood.
He’s the product of much paternal wisdom.

Excellent word.
I shall use it.

I always think of The Wizard of Oz with that word. The Wizard used it along with some cutting alliteration to insult the Tin Man and it always cracked me the hell up

As for your point ... per usual, you’re spot on—particularly as ethnic subgroups marry and procreate amongst each other and racial lines of demarcation disappear.

It's going to be fascinating to watch, because I think it's going to happen on an exponential curve, and we'll live to see its effects.

Inclusive of other people that will vote like them. Become the majority, simple as that

I thought I could recite every single line of that film, by rote.
I was wrong.
Today is a good day for learnin’.

Most hilarious dynamic in the office is between me, my closest friend here (a conservative/libertarian hispanic who's also an Aggie), and one of our white coworkers who is a leftist and a longhorn.

I'm certain that makes for great lunch fodder

Black voting patterns aren't going to change. I would happily bet $1K RIGHT NOW that blacks will vote for the 2032 Dem candidate at a greater than 90% clip.

You disparage Blacks for block voting Democratic as if they don't make the effort to consider the alternative. What reason(s) would they have to vote Republican?

I'm reminded of my good friend in high school whose parents were first-generation immigrants from Jamaica. They placed a heavy emphasis on school and he was a straight-A student. The guy was completely tortured by basically every other black person in the school which really had an affect on me.

I thought to myself. How sad is it that if you're a black man in America you basically are caught between one of two choices. Either agree with everyone around you who shares your race or be considered a complete Outcast among the people that look like you.

I thought at the time that it was no insignificant thing

A white kid in school could find a home and some click or grouping of kids where there would at least be some with his own background that looked like him.

And given the reality that there is racism still I thought how fricked up is it that if you're a black kid who doesn't want to be part of the group think your only real option was to have only white friends.

My friend was one of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. His crimes? He spoke very good English because it was important to his parents and he was smart as frick

For that alone he got called Oreo and was told that he acted White

There probably were other black kids who were willing to be as friend but they couldn't be because if they tried they got annihilated by the group

Being like you in this world takes balls of steel

What has the Democratic Party done for blacks?

Almost every inner city is run by democratic politicians and they are disasters

That's whataboutism. The question was: Why should blacks consider voting Republican?

I can name just as many that aren't disasters as well. Densely populated areas have an excess of everything.

A person’s skin color should be wholly irrelevant to their voting pattern

It is racist to think that because someone is black, they can’t vote for Reps

Or because someone is white, they cannot vote for dems

Democrats have been complicit in the war on drugs

Bill Clinton signed the 3 strike law and extended the war

Why do blacks have to vote based on the fact that they are black?

Certainly they can choose candidates based on their views on economy, national security, taxes, etc. like everyone else.

Black people tend to hold more traditionally conservative views.

Republicans are more interested in getting you to stand on your own two feet than suckling at the government teat (as a general rule--of course there are exceptions).

Republicans are generally pro-life, and the abortion industry has preyed upon the so-called "black community."

Republicans are pro-2nd amendment, which affords blacks one of the single most powerful personal freedoms to defend ourselves from racists and other ne'er-do-wells.

To name a few.

Awesome black folks fought their entire lives to rise above racism and stupid generalizations......and here you are.

Has it ever occurred to you that some black folks, like white folks would rather be free from the chains of racial politics?

The problem with you progs is the fricking hive mentality, you dont see people as individuals, you see them as a collective and it's because you've been conditioned by social engineers to rest in the safety of the hive and totally forget that people, not black or white, are individuals first.
