Not much of one. Moore was a pretty terrible candidate regardless of how tight he tried to cling to the MAGA Agenda

Trump came in at the last minute and all for nothing.

Good sized repudiation in the optics department.

Oh it is big. He abandoned his moral compass (as if he had one) for nothing. Lost anyway. Trump and the RNC are fricked.

Uh Roy Moore probably would've lost by much more than two points if Trump didn't go to bat for him.

His endorsement of Moore is going to linger.

Optics may be bad but in reality it wasn't a repudiation of Trump anymore than it was an endorsement of Obama, since Obama campaigned for Jones.

Alabamians have disliked Moore for awhile.

Quiet. They don't know that.

Down with Trumpism.

Dems always overgloat and then look worse

Schumer is still the face of the dem party and they can't dream up 40 year old accusations against 20 candidates at once so seats will be picked up in 2018

I saw his endorsement. It didn’t seem wholehearted. He even framed it in terms of the national movement rather than Roy’s individual credentials. Seemed reluctant to me.

Not sure how much you play b-ball, but this was missing a heat check. I just hit three 3s in a row so I pull up from 40 feet next time just to see if I can make it. GOP did that and missed. They’ll be fine if they learn their lesson

Trump will obviously be walking things back tomorrow morning on Twitter. He will rationalize something.

It really isn't I don't think. His support for Moore was lukewarm at best.

If anything, the left threw the kitchen sink and only beat out a piece of literal human shite by what, a percent or two?

He gave a half-assed endorsement a week before the election. Hardly attaching himself.

ETA: Excuse me. Hardly "hatching" himself.
