You can't follow a train of thought, you just reply to one line retorts when left to your own devices. Hell, you were the one who quoted the ruling, share with the class where it disallowed all the "tenth amendment crap."
I'll give you a hint: The precedent for that happened in Reconstruction, and has been a very long, slow process that didn't really get rolling until Wickard v. Filburn and then away we went down the rabbit hole.
ETA: BTW, for those who still believe in states rights, read up on that case if you haven't already. And are willing to get pissed off.

And at calling me ignorant. I've read countless books on Germany from the interwar period til the end of the war. I've read first hand journals plucked off the bodies of Dead soldiers. I've read books of men who have studied this topic since it happened. I don't need nor use Wikipedia or Google in my arguments. Because I have actual, tangible knowledge on the subjects at hand. I'm not the one moving goal post. I'm not the one googling shite to try and get a "gotcha". I'm not the one who has completely been walked on.

She's a selfish count. She didn't have to die. She died to be remembered. She died to be a "Beacon of light"
But she still died. And dead mean can do nothing to help the living.
She could have done much more good had she not vied to be an attention whore and die for her ideals.
There were countless more who were so much more brave than her. Who actually did things to help jews. Who didn't seek validation from others for their deeds.
And like I said earlier. If you were of fighting age and lived in Germany at the time, your bitch arse would have been executing innocents left and right to save your own hide.
