You don't have to get it. I'll explain it to you. to you at a level you can understand.
Simply. This man FIGHTS. He doesn't show his belly like a whipped puppy when they yell boo at him like W Bush, who let them ruin his legacy with his silence. Or Reek Romney, who went Full Metal Cuckold and lost the Presidency. Or John fricking RINO Mc Cain, who put his pettiness ahead of his country.
I could go on and on. If you want to show your belly and let them run you over, feel free. But get the frick out of our way and let us do what we want to do.
