This is what I don't understand out of all this. I mean, it is OMB and they're going to pick at anything no matter how trivial, but I suppose they expected the military to just leave the guys to drown in the ocean? Be eaten by sharks? What outcome do they expect if the first shot doesn't complete the job?
I wonder if they've considered letting those guys get on the radio for help, then just bomb the next boat that comes to help.
I also assume before they started to take the boats out, they watched where the boats were travelling to and where they were returning to, then followed them on land to the drug farms.
