I'm simply asking some questions here, and you ladies are just freaking the frick out. Y'all are just DYING to believe I want to chop up little babies and eat them for lunch.
The only reason it seems you want to believe this is some big problem in Louisiana is just because you're being told so. Is there really a problem here? What are potential unintended consequences of the law? No one cares. Just pass it and we'll all feel better, right?
You're no better than the liberals who fall for the fear mongering on the left.

If we're talking about mutilation of infants' genitalia, does that include circumcision?
Lol. Really? Well, go write your bill and get it sponsored then. We'll see if the state agrees or not.

Of course I haven't.
That's why I'm asking the questions.
But what about the hermies?

The Louisiana Legislature has overridden Gov. John Bel Edwards' veto of a ban on youth access to gender-affirming health care, aligning the state with a growing list of others that have curtailed medical treatment for transgender people.
Has anyone been following James Finn's writing on this topic in the Advocate? Above is the language that he uses to describe the override of Edwards' veto. Finn drops all pretense of journalistic neutrality and integrity when writing on this topic, cheerleading and adopting the language of progressive activists on this issue. Based on survey data from a variety of reputable polling firms, a majority of Americans do not see this as "gender affirming health care," as Finn asserts. I don't expect Finn to adopt the "child mutilation" language of those who support the override of Edwards' veto, but journalistic integrity demands that he adopt neutral language instead of siding with one side in what are touted as "news" stories. By all appearances, Finn is a pseudo-journalist who is more of an activist in his writing on this and other topics.

Does this include surgeries done to the genitals of babies born hermaphrodites?
Here is the bill.

I read the bill hence why I agree with it. You have not.
My point was if you don't like the option of circumcision, then bring it before the people. The only reason that I have seen for gender surgeries is for suicide prevention. That's it. And it could be argued that they suicide anyway or are more likely to later when they regret their decision.

Questions are not "arguments".

What's the problem?
That's one of my questions.
We're supposed to be all worked up over a law banning shite that never happens, and we can't ask questions about potential unintended consequences?
I mean, that's the definition of Liberalism, isn't it?

If you would just read the bill it would answer all of your questions. It’s only 8 pages.

The only one that hasn't is the "what if" fellow, Wild.
But I think the wind is finally out of his sails as his questions actually have answers within the bill if he'd bother to read

I always find it entertaining to watch the downvotes and cheap shots, when someone asks for a link to the legislation that is being discussed.
