I do not THINK it was stolen. I KNOW it was stolen!

No doubt about it, it was rigged.
Mail in ballots should be unconstitutional. Voter validation should be required for a vote to count.

Yes. The Greatest Crime in American History.

The only ones who actually believe in a "rigged election" are the rubes.
Daily Mail
quote:
Republican senator Ben Sasse says he'll take no part in Trump-backed plan to object to Electoral College vote and says in private 'not one' GOP member believes election was 'fraudulent'
'When we talk in private, I haven't heard a single Congressional Republican allege that the election results were fraudulent - not one,' Sasse wrote in a long Facebook post Wednesday night. 'Instead, I hear them talk about their worries about how they will "look" to President Trump's most ardent supporters.'
quote:
Sasse, who's been one of the few Republican Trump critics on Capitol Hill, laid out the Trump campaign's court cases in each state and then explained why some reported instances of fraud or disparities would not flip the results.
'I started with the courts for a reason. From where I sit, the single-most telling fact is that there a giant gulf between what President Trump and his allies say in public – for example, on social media, or at press conferences outside Philadelphia landscaping companies and adult bookstores – and what President Trump’s lawyers actually say in courts of law,' Sasse wrote.
Sasse points out that while there's no legal penalty for misleading the public, there is one for deceiving judges.
'[T]he president’s lawyers know that – and thus they have repeated almost none of the claims of grand voter fraud that the campaign spokespeople are screaming at their most zealous supporters,' Sasse said.
'So, here’s the heart of this whole thing: this isn’t really a legal strategy – it’s a fundraising strategy,' he added.

That article was excellent and should be read by anyone that believes there was compelling evidence in the lawsuits, and judges simply refused to hear it. The whole Trump legal strategy was a clown show, most in this thread would be surprised to learn that almost everything they have heard that was supposed to be “evidence” is mostly unsubstantiated hearsay. FYI, I voted for Trump twice, Biden is the dumbest person to hold any office, but I have no choice other than make decisions based on facts.
The conclusion for those that don’t want to read it.
“Otherwise, even when his campaign’s lawsuits have been rejected for technical reasons – such as a lack of standing, or the laches doctrine – judges have gone out of their way to address the merits of its arguments as well.
On multiple occasions, Mr Trump’s lawyers have been given the opportunity to present their much-hyped evidence in court, and have failed to do so.
When they have offered purported evidence of fraud, such as in Nevada and Michigan, judges have invariably found it unconvincing.”
It will come as a big surprise to most here that most of the stuff presented on social media as evidence of fraud was unsubstantiated, and is not presented in the lawsuits, ie there was no county that had more votes than registered voters, there were not thousands of ballots with only Biden selected and no down ballot selections, etc. Anyone of average intelligence that actually read the presented evidence with a open mind would have no choice but to also find it unconvincing.

Honest answer:yes and I'm not a trump fan though he did have my vote, republican or dem. I'm registered as independent because I've always thought the two party system was bullshite.

Then a lot of republicans must have been in on the fraud, a lot of the increase in votes are due to the fact Biden outperformed Hillary by 23%-35% in deep red states like Tennessee, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Wyoming, North and South Dakota.

Yeah it's so easy to find evidence and prove it in a court law.
Your entire argument is a high legal standard when people with common sense no otherwise.
Murderers go free.
Doesn't mean they're innocent because it can't be proven.
Voter fraud is almost impossible to prove at the legal standard that's why NIXON didn't even try against JFK.
