top prosecutor who is now a deputy for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe praised then-acting attorney general Sally Yates after she was fired in January by President Trump for refusing to defend his controversial travel ban

quote:

email, obtained by Judicial Watch through a federal lawsuit, shows that on the night of Jan. 30, Andrew Weissmann wrote to Yates under the subject line, “I am so proud.”

He continued, “And in awe. Thank you so much. All my deepest respects.

quote:

The disclosure follows confirmation that another Mueller investigator, FBI official Peter Strzok, was fired over the summer after allegedly sending anti-Trump texts to an FBI lawyer with whom he was romantically involved.

Poor Honest Bob's little band of merry do gooders is coming apart at the seams.

This just confirms what everyone knew what was going down when BOB appointed 16 democratic Hillary donor lawyers to his team. These people were appointed for a reason and its becoming more apparent that they were chosen for their views.

IF BOB wanted a "fair and balanced" attack on crime, why didn't he find some Republicans? Or how is it possible to "accidentally" hire that many Hillary lawyers in a row without pulling one that likes Trump?

The swamp in full effect! HONEST BOB FOLKS!!!!!!! LETS GIVE HIM A ROUND OF APPLAUSE!!!!!!

When Trump talks of the swamp, people like Mueller are the first that come to mind.

Mueller is a swamp creature through and through.

Considering his boss just engaged in partisan hackery in opposition to a clearly legal order, and he's "proud" of such hackery, I would say it's pretty damning.

I wouldn’t call it a reach and I wouldn’t call it trying hard. It’s pretty simple and easy actually.

This wasn't an independent counsel to begin with and it gets exposed more all the time.

Mueller and group should be sent packing.

His boss did what she thought was right and Trump rightly fired her. Sending her an email saying he was proud that she was willing to lose her job over it is completely appropriate. There’s nothing anti-Trump about it.

At least that’s how normal people would interpret it.

Read thoroughly, pay attention. Then you will see that he has done quite well at discrediting himself. Even by association, his position has been discredited.
