Federal bureaucracy is 99% dem. Many are true believers, they view this as good vs evil, ends justify the means. Playing field couldn't me more uneven. If it were Obama being targeted as opposed to Trump, what are the odds the damming memo wouldn't have been leaked by now? I'd say less than 0 if possible
