Damn, she scared.
She has been crooked ever since she entered public life and has never been held accountable.

Unfortunately she wasn’t “incompetent”.
Incompetent implies she did a bad job of what she set out to do.
She did exactly what she set out to do in Benghazi and elsewhere, it’s just that what she did was on behalf of an agenda that was never publicly acknowledged.
Benghazi for instance was allowed to be wiped out to cover up an arms deal they didn’t want to admit to.

I dont think the bathroom server was there to avoid FOIA. I think it was there in a way like dropbox or google drive.
People (or foreign advisories) could donate money to the Clinton Foundation and then be given access to the information of the private server.
