Which was the greater insult?
IMO, Hillary calling U.S. citizens who don't think as she did Deplorable is far worse.
Trump saying what most people believe about allowing immigration from third world countries is less than artful, yet true.

Hillary called them deplorable for not agreeing with her. Trump called those places shitholes because they are shitholes. One is an insult, the other is truth.

Hillary wouldn't visit Louisiana after the flood. It seems she is afraid of shite holes.

"The language used by me at the DACA meeting was tough, but this was not the language used. What was really tough was the outlandish proposal made - a big setback for DACA!"

One of those statements is absolutely true (Hint: rhymes with "hithole")
Hillary called roughly half of "Republican" voters "deplorables".
frick her. (Metaphorically, of course.)

Trump is fighting for Americans
Democrats are fighting for Foreign Invaders
Simple as that

I’ve been thibking this since this latest episode.
Not only did she call half of Republicans deplorable - she also read it off a TelePrompTer. After it was written, and probably round tabled. It was planned that she intended to fire up one half of the country - by insulting the other half.
After incidentally she made several hundred million dollars off said Shithole that she never sent there to help it stop being one.

The deplorables comment didn’t receive the amount of scrutiny that it deserved. Hillary called millions of American citizens deplorable. If she got elected, that attitude would have guided her. She didn’t merely disagree with millions of Americans - she detested them and was using her hatred to whip a crowd into a frenzy and further divide America. Enemies of the State type of stuff.

Why don't we just concentrate on what our current potus said, rather than someone who lost the election.
The "but Hillary" argument is getting old.
ETA: she wasn't wrong. There are a lot of deplorable humans, everywhere. Yes, even here in the US.

Because it shows the outrage to be a sham. If progressives and the media weren't outraged when a Presidential candidate called her own countrymen deplorables, they shouldn't care when our President calls other countries shiteholes. And if progressives don't care about the deplorables comment but do care about this, what does it say about a group of people who care more about people in far away nations than they do their own countrymen?
