Brosky, I didn't say you had to like it. I'm saying that it's not a big deal. It's just a guy making an observation. Several people have countered him, pretty effectively IMO.
More importantly, trying to shut this down by taking the discussion completely off the table (dats wasis) serves only one of two purposes
1. Damaging someone personally
2. Social status
I'm saying there is a better way. I'm also saying there is something to be learned by actually talking about it and not shutting it down.

Absolutely right. If he came up to me and said that about my kids, I'd probably tell him my personal opinions about workforce demographics. I think it's better if we just share where we stand instead of falling for leftist bullshite designed specifically to end any conversation about our differences. Just my opinion.

It's hit or miss. We've had some great discussions before, and we've had some go too far, and we've had some shot down that we're really well within the bounds of respectfulness.
I personally think that accusations of racism and the motherload "antisemitism" shouldn't be allowed any more than just dropping the N bomb or something.

People just can't remove emotions when talking about race... lol, idk why, and it's pathetic but it's true. We are all so weak when it comes to discussion on it.
An individual =/= the whole race, and bears no specific responsibility for their race. It would be so much better if we were able to talk about it with zero emotion and actually BE productive.

I just spoke with yet another millennial white kid that goes to school "helped out" by mommy and daddy. This kid(22-yo kid) turned down $12,000 over the summer to work at TACO BELL just so he can stay in town for a few months.
He happily jumped at the opportunity to do the exact same job for the exact same pay here in Arizona, even though it is much more difficult here due to the heat. I have already hired my fill for here, so his option was to have paid travel and room and board provided in a cooler climate.
Nope. TACO BELL to stay by mommy and daddy. This is a trend among white students at all major University campuses and even smaller schools.
Contrast that with some candidates I hired at a couple of HBCUs in North Carolina. These guys jumped at the opportunity, with "I don't care where I work, wherever you need me." Speaking with one of their moms(my customer now), she is thrilled that her kid has the opportunity to work with us and for that kind of pay.
White folks, your kids are fricking soft. They will be the undoing of our freedoms, as they are too lazy and impotent to defend it.
