And again.... that was “an insurrection caused by Trump”. Remember impeachment 2? Are you now saying it wasn't that? And that it was again a sham?
This is a threat per their “Q” fears. Trump is not in Washington holding a rally.

The Capitol Police Intel Division produced a memo 3 days before Jan. 6th warning of potential violence directed at Congress. The FBI produced a report on Jan. 5th warning of online chatter regarding violence at the Capitol.

I've said repeatedly on here that the impeachment was a dumb move. They took Trump's speech that morning and his calls for people to come to the Capitol on Jan. 6th to blame him for the whole thing.

I've gone back and forth on this. If that were the case, why wouldn't the Trump team come out right away and distance themselves far from the Q movement?
They were novices at this kind of shite. Q was just some dude on a computer talking to 8Kun. Till it wasn't. I don't think they realized what it actually was. And that's a straight up Psy-op to make MAGA look nuts. It gave them the stick they could use to beat up anyone who pointed out some of the shady shite they were actually doing. I think it was likely just to make sure that anybody saying the election was stolen got labeled a Qtard. It would have been difficult to take that as a serious threat until it was too late because by the time they realized it, if they'd called it what it was, all the Qanon people out there that believed it would have felt betrayed and tied it into the whole conspiracy. They'd have decided Barron Trump was under threat or something and that's why Trump denounced Q.
You've got to admit, that whole thing was a brilliant move on their part.

Trump mentioning in a conversation that they are gonna need 10k national guard troops is not the same as Trump formally requesting the national guard.
